Razer’s Project Valerie Prototypes Stolen from CES 2017 Booth

With each CES comes more amazing new, up and coming and even pipe dream products for all of us to daze and wish we were millionaires. One project in particular definitely had a place on everyones wish list and that would be Razer’s Project Valerie.

What is Project Valerie? Well I could sit here and bore you such details as, three 4k displays, great specifications, oh and did I mention IT IS A LAPTOP! Yes the worlds first portable eyefinity display. Don’t blame me? have a look for yourself.

I know, it is amazing! But this is only in the prototype stage with no confirmation it will reach consumer production and for one person especially this is simply not good enough. So instead of sitting back and waiting, one individual decided to go to the extreme of stealing not only one prototype but both of the prototypes from the CES booth.

A statement from Razer’s CEO Min-Liang Tan “We treat theft/larceny, and if relevant to this case, industrial espionage, very seriously — it is cheating, and cheating doesn’t sit well with us,”. If anyone has any information that could assist Razer in the search for their possession please send it over to legal@razerzone.com. It was also stated that an award of $25,000 would be given to anyone that submits information leading to a conviction or recover of stolen possessions.
